As a service to our providers, the Provider Management staff manages the ProviderLink Call Center which is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The call center provides prompt and courteous service and can assist provider offices with a variety of needs such as: verification of participation status and effective dates, current payor clients, fee schedules, ID card identification and the processing of provider demographic/TIN changes.
